Mountaineering Club Minimal Flyer
Good morning all, and welcome to a new week. A couple of musical offerings this week

1) This Wednesday night I'll join up with the wonder-full Jim Scott for a musical back and forth (including conversation) as a special guest on his weekly online concert's the blurb from Jim's corner as we wrap up 2021 in song and thought.

Ready for Change – 2022 – Jim Welcomes David Roth
Wednesday, December 29th, 2021 - 8 pm Eastern

"I’m honored to welcome my friend David Roth to celebrate the turning of the year in song. He’ll offer you a dream of peace and healing and have you smile in the process. His creations are overtly intended to be good for you.

I aspire to the same thing. David joins me virtually from his home on Cape Cod and we’ll engage in a trading of musical thoughts on the momentous changes that stand before us. I’m humbled David says he’s been a fan since I sang Common Ground with the Paul Winter Consort in the 1980’s. We both claim Carnegie Hall and the Great Hall of the United Nations in our bios. I’ve been in awe as his songs have been done by Peter, Paul, & Mary and the Kingston Trio, made it to the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" books, and been taken on NASA’s Space Shuttle “Atlantis.

This is going to be great fun. We’ll trade songs and ideas, please join us!

Thanks for your donations at - or on my website: ~ we'll share all proceeds."

2) I'll offer 2021's final song for the Daily Antidote of Song (DAS)
"This is the Year"
on Friday,12/341/21 ~ 12 Noon EST
Sponsored by Carpe Diem Arts in the DC area, DAS is a free daily event that has hosted a wide variety of song-leaders bringing something you can sing to 7 days a week since April of 2020 (not a typo). Every single day. This is a miraculous online community that you are most welcome to drop in on. Lasts about half an hour. Let's head into 2022 together.

The February 28th - March 4th Cape Cod Songwriters Retreat is full and we plan to meet in person, world willing. January will be rescheduled, world not quite willing just yet.
